Kingston G. Cash

Kingston was born in Northern Minnesota. He vacationed in Florida and instantly knew that’s where he wanted to spend the rest of his life. He’s lived in Florida since 2014. He’s also lived in Mission Viejo, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada.

He began his legal education at Fond du lac Tribal and Community College in Cloquet, Minnesota where he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Law Enforcement graduating with High Honors. During his time there, he was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Award and received multiple Dean’s list honors.

He continued to the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received multiple Dean’s list honors. During his final year at UNLV, he volunteered as a Congressional Campaign Intern at the Office of U.S. Representative Joe Heck in Las Vegas, Nevada.

After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended Florida Coastal School of Law. He served as a Student Ambassador and spent his summer as a Legal Intern in the Homicide & Major Crimes Division at the Office of the State Attorney, 4th Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida. He transferred to Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor graduating with cum laude honors. During his time at Barry, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Treasurer of the Criminal Law Society, and volunteered in Barry’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program as a Certified Tax Preparer. In his final year, he was a recipient of the Book Award in Motions and Depositions, and Bar Essay Writing.

Kingston is a member of the Saint Petersburg Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time with family and friends, hitting trails on his mountain bike, attending concerts, watching sports, collecting sports cards, and volunteering. He also is a sports car enthusiast.
