Christopher D. Lord

Mr. Lord focuses his practice in civil litigation and represents clients on matters involving automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, property damage, construction defects, and real estate.

Mr. Lord is a native Floridian and an alumnus of the renowned St. Thomas Aquinas High School located in Fort Lauderdale where he graduated with honors and participated in competitive soccer with his school and travel club squads. Mr. Lord continued his education at the University of Central Florida where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He was nominated for the National Deans List and is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Mr. Lord later earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he received multiple Dean’s Scholars honors.

Prior to joining Freeman, Goldis, and Cash, P.A., Mr. Lord gained a solid foundation of experience and knowledge by working at well-established civil law firms where he handled complex litigation cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, self-insured corporations, and other prominent entities. Additionally while in law school, Mr. Lord was employed as a Certified Legal Intern in the felony division at the Public Defender’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. During his career, Mr. Lord has successfully argued contested matters, participated in mediations and trials, and obtained numerous favorable results throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Lord is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida. He zealously defends his clients and diligently works towards efficient and expeditious resolutions. Outside of the office, Mr. Lord enjoys being a husband and father, traveling, attending sporting events, rooting on the Florida State Seminoles, Manchester United F.C., and Miami Dolphins, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with his family and friends.
